Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CMM Operator to join our team. As a CMM Operator, you will be responsible for conducting dimensional inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products. This is a critical role in our manufacturing process, as you will be responsible for verifying that our products meet the required specifications and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional inspections using CMM equipment to verify the accuracy of machined parts
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications to determine inspection requirements
- Utilize various measuring instruments such as micrometers, and calipers to perform inspections
- Document and report inspection results accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and calibrate CMM equipment to ensure accurate measurements
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining processes
- Proficiency in dimensional inspection techniques and equipment
- Experience with CMM software, such as Mcosmos, and inspection expert
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Experience with GD&T

-Able to perform SPC and run reports
